FINAL SALE AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photographs when applicable. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
